How Yooty uses Google services
Google connections are optional and are enabled only when an authorized business user chooses to connect a Google Account.
Google Sign-In: Yooty uses your Google Account identifier, name, email address, and basic profile information to authenticate you and connect your Google identity with the correct Yooty account.
Gmail: With your permission, Yooty accesses Gmail messages, threads, metadata, labels, and attachments so authorized business users can view and manage their connected business mailbox, associate email with customer records, and send or reply to messages from Yooty.
Google Calendar: With your permission, Yooty accesses calendar and event information to display availability and synchronize Yooty appointments and jobs. When synchronization is enabled, Yooty may create, update, or delete corresponding calendar events.
Google user data is not sold or used for advertising. Google connections can be disconnected from Yooty or revoked through Google Account permissions at any time. Some AI-assisted email features may send only the message text needed to OpenAI when an authorized user deliberately selects that feature; it is used solely to provide the requested output and not to train generalized AI models.
